Mary L. Zhang
I am an immigration consultant licensed by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and a paralegal licensed by The Law Society of Ontario(LSO).
Prior to obtaining the paralegal diploma with honors from Herzing College in February 2016, I graduated from Immigration Practitioner Program at Seneca College with honors in 2004, and completed my Immigration Consultant Program from Humber College and graduated with honors in 2012. I have been working in the immigration field since 2001.
Before starting my own practice, I worked in a couple of predominant immigration firms in Toronto for 10 years. I learned a great deal from my talented co-workers and gained a wealth of experience from tackling a large variety of files. With strong belief on how to serve clients better, I took a risk and created my own firm.
As an immigration professional, I use my knowledge and experience to give you the best chance of success. I have successfully handled hundreds of applications. I am dedicated to my clients, and I work hard for my clients from the beginning until the end of your case. I am experienced in Permanent Resident Visa and Temporary Resident Visa applications including the following applications: Family Sponsorship, Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trade Program, Canadian Experience Class, Live-in Caregiver Program, Visitor Visa, Student Visa/Study Permit and Work Visa/Work Permit.
I am experienced with Criminal Inadmissibility issues (Temporary Resident Permit and Criminal Rehabilitation application) as well. I also represent clients in detention reviews and hearings before Immigration and Refugee Board.
As an immigrant myself, I have been in your situation. I know how important your case is to you and I treat it that way.
My office is located in Markham, Ontario. I serve the Greater Toronto Area, particularly
- East Gwillimbury
- King city
- North York
- Oak Ridges

Re: Application for Sponsorship and Permanent Resident
We are very happy with the outcome of our application and successful end result. Unfortunately, the process with Canada Immigration was a long and tenuousness waiting period.
Your guidance and professional approach in every way was calming to us. You are very detailed with your instructions, requirements (by Canada Immigration) and suggestions, all were very much helpful and appreciated. The knowledge you provided was resourceful, the fact you suggested to us to make an application for a working permit in conjunction with the sponsorship application helped our needs.
My initial thought process was to make the sponsorship application on my own, however, we are glad we decided against that method.
We appreciated your easy approach with answering any of our questions and/or concerns. We again, like to thank you for your assistance with our life being able to move forward.
Yours very sincerely,
Carrie and Bill
